• PRICES: lodging per person a day in Double room or Triple room (minimum stay 3 days – price increase for 1 day +10%, 2 days +5%) including: service, VAT, use of changing room, one umbrella and 2 bed chairs (each double room) in reserved beach, heated swimming pool with whirpool, waterfall and geyser, children room, wireless, bicycles and covered parking place in the near parking area (for car box € 10,00 a day).
• Extra charges: for single room € 17,00 a day; for Superior room with pool view € 5,00 per person a day.
• The SUPERIOR rooms (all with balcony) are wide, comfortable and elegant. The STANDARD rooms (most with balcony) have a classical design. All rooms have minibar and a kit for making free hot drinks, telephone with direct line, TV set with satellite programmes, safe, air conditioning and heating, bathroom with shower box, WC, bidet and hair dryer.. The hotel also offers a sauna and a biosauna (with aromatic herbs),a U.V.A. solarium box, an American Bar for the after beach drink and a typical Irish Pub for an intriguing evening. Restaurant service from the buffet, with continental breakfast and a wide menu from the appetizer to the dessert, daily offers fish and meat specialties. During low season it may be possible to order “à la carte”. Extra beds in all rooms are available on request.
• Reductions for extra beds: adults 15%, children from 3 to 6 years* 50%, children from 7 to 12 years * 30%. Children from 0 to 2 years*: crudle + table place € 11,00 – cradle + board € 20,00. *years are meant already celebrated.
• Booking has to state the exact arrival and departure dates and will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. Upon request small pets are allowed free of charge and without board.
• Special offers for families with children (minimum stay 7 days) - from 20.04. to 19.06, from 05.09 to 30.09: 2 adults + 1 child (0-6 years) in Standard room = child is free of charge - from 20.04 to 06.08, from 28.08 to 30.09: 2 adults + 2 children (3-12 years) = 3 adults
• These special offers cannot be combined, cannot be applied on all rooms and are valid until rooms availability for such offer and only upon booking.
• At the arrival the rooms are available within 2 o'clock p.m.and have to be left within 10 o'clock on departure day.
• Deposit: All reservations require a deposit equal to 20% of the total stay and never below the agreed price for the persons in the rooms for one night. Cancellations: Reservations can be cancelled until one month before the arrival date in order to get back 50% of the deposit.

• Departures in advance/Cancellations: Departing before the agreed date or cancellations after agreed terms don't give right to any refund. Stay extension: Stay extension requests mean a new booking for the extra days according to availability.
